Right now, the Supported Features list only includes SMS, Email, and WhatsApp. Please add "Voice Calls" (or "Phone Calls") as an option.
Why it's useful: More and more apps use AI voice agents to call customers directly — for example, to confirm cash-on-delivery orders, follow up on abandoned carts, or handle support. These apps need a clear way to tell merchants that they communicate by phone call, just like SMS or WhatsApp apps do today.
Who benefits: Merchants get a quick, honest picture of how an app will contact their customers before installing it. Developers building voice-based apps get a proper category to describe what their app actually does, instead of forcing it under SMS or leaving it blank.
How it should work: Add a "Voice Calls" toggle in the Supported Features modal, next to SMS, Email, and WhatsApp. If helpful, it can include sub-options like "Local Calls" and "International Calls," similar to how SMS already offers "Local SMS" and "International SMS."
