An Application that can help our sisters and brothers in case of a mechanical emergency

in case of an emergency while driving , we found our selves helpless with the car spare part on the road side and some times its an emergency . our sisters and brothers spend much since they have no idea of the cost . create an app that allows us to choose who will fix my car according to what i have not what they want. like a flat tire on my i just need to take a picture list it with my location and then i can choose ..must have car truck with prices , service providers with prices, spare parts shop, my insurance company , since its an emergency i would want to pay in 2 or 3 payments . Lets go
