List orders using cusromer.id in query params

Some times I have only customer mobile number and if I try to get orders using keyword mobile number in query params it's return wrong orders because the search mechanism is semantic search so the solution is we will get the customer ID via get customer using mobile number then it will return the correct ID then we will get orders using customer ID query param
